Because different items may require different preparation steps, processing time can vary slightly from one order to another.
Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment process begins. We review the selected product, size, set configuration and shipping information before the parcel is prepared for dispatch.
- Standard stocked orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days.
- Personalized, special-option or made-to-order items may require approximately 5–10 business days.
- Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
- Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Kindergarten & Nap Sets
Multi-piece nap bedding or mattress-related sets may require additional checking because of their size, configuration and number of included pieces.
Personalized Products
Personalized bedding requires additional production and verification. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page.
Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing several different styles or configurations may require additional preparation time. In some cases, items may be shipped separately.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, it will normally be provided after your parcel is dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier's system to register the shipment.
Important Shipping Information
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please check the recipient name, apartment or unit number, street address, city, state or province, postal code and country carefully before submitting your order.
Orivane Living cannot guarantee successful delivery when an incomplete or incorrect address is supplied.
Address Changes
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@orivaneliving.store. We will make a reasonable effort to update the address if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Once a parcel has been dispatched or entered the carrier network, we may no longer be able to modify its destination.
Separate Shipments
Large orders or orders containing different product types may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel. If this occurs, packages may have separate tracking numbers and may not arrive on the same day.
Customs & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are determined by local authorities and may be the responsibility of the recipient. Orivane Living does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities or local carriers.
Customs Delays
International parcels can occasionally be held temporarily for customs clearance. These delays are outside the direct control of Orivane Living and are not included in standard delivery estimates.
Peak Season Delays
During holidays, major shopping events, extreme weather, high carrier volume or other periods of increased demand, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
We recommend ordering early when bedding is needed for a birthday, school start date, move, holiday or other time-sensitive occasion.
Delayed Tracking
Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier. It is normal for updates to pause temporarily while parcels travel between facilities, cross borders or transfer to local delivery partners.
If tracking has shown no meaningful movement for an unusually long period, please contact our support team so we can review the available shipping information.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, reception area, building office, household members and nearby safe places.
We also recommend contacting the local carrier because they may have more detailed delivery information. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
Returned to Sender
A parcel may be returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, unclaimed shipment or customs-related issue. If a parcel is returned to us, please contact customer support so we can review the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is required because of incorrect address information or circumstances outside our control.
Lost Shipments
A parcel is not considered lost simply because tracking has paused. International shipments may experience periods without visible updates.
If the estimated delivery period has passed significantly and the carrier cannot provide further information, contact support@orivaneliving.store. We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, assist with the next steps.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please photograph the outer packaging before discarding it. Then photograph the affected item and contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear images so our team can evaluate the situation efficiently.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused without prior authorization from Orivane Living, the parcel may be returned to the sender. Original shipping charges and return-related carrier costs may be non-refundable where permitted.
Time-Sensitive Orders
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. If you are purchasing bedding for kindergarten enrollment, travel, a birthday, a holiday or another specific date, please allow additional time for processing and unexpected carrier delays.
Personalized Bedding & Shipping
Selected Orivane Living kindergarten and children's bedding products may include personalized options. Because these pieces require additional preparation, their processing time may differ from standard products.
Please double-check all personalized text, spelling, capitalization and other selected options before completing checkout. Once personalization has entered production, changes may not be possible. Shipping estimates begin only after the completed item has been dispatched.
Multiple Packages
To help fulfill orders efficiently, some purchases may be divided into separate shipments. This is more likely when an order contains several bedding styles, bulky items, different set configurations or products prepared at different times.
If only part of your order arrives first, please review all available tracking information before assuming items are missing. Additional parcels may still be in transit.
